Reservation Policies:

Positive identification and an imprint of the registered guest's credit card is required upon check-in.

The balance of your total stay, is due upon arrival. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Later by arrangement.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The Alps Boulder Canyon Inn is a non-smoking property.

No pets are allowed. There is a dog in residence.

A deposit equal to one night's stay will be billed to your credit card and is required to hold any confirmed reservation.

The Alps Boulder Canyon Inn welcomes well behaved children of all ages.

The Alps accepts payments in US dollars only.

Reservation Change & Cancellation Policies:

IMPORTANT: Cancellation charges are higher for reservations booked online, through Travel Agents or via Travelocity.com, Expedia.com, Priceline.com, Orbitz.com, Hotels.com and other on-line, GDS and travel and booking sites. Many reservations made via travel agent and on-line sites are non-cancelable and must be cancelled or modified through the channel which they were made. (See notes)

Special non-cancelable rate reservations may be moved/rescheduled (1) one time, up to (7) seven days prior to your reservation date. Otherwise, no refund will be made.

Regular reservations may be moved/rescheduled (1) one time, up to (7) seven days prior to your reservation date. In the event you need to cancel a regular reservation, a full refund less $20 will be made if notification is received (7) seven days (See notes) prior to your reservation date. Otherwise, no refund will be made unless the room can be rebooked. Cancellation charges are higher for reservations booked online.

Reservations made and guaranteed with Alps Gift Certificates may be moved/rescheduled (1) one time, up to (7) seven days (See notes) prior to your reservation date. Otherwise, gift certificate will be charged/redeemed and no refund will be made.

Web, On-line and Travel Agent reservations may be non-cancelable. All cancelable reservations are subject to a $20 cancellation and processing fee. Additionally, cancellations will be charged all applicable non-refundable travel agent, online booking agent, booking engine and credit card processing fees. (See notes)

NOTES:

Special CU event weekends, holidays and weddings require (30) thirty days notice of cancellation and are subject to a $20 cancellation and processing fee.

In many on-line booking situations, the Alps Boulder Canyon Inn is not provided any guest personal contact, credit card or billing information.
