Spa and Massage Treatment Reservation Policies:

Spa and massage treatments are available on a first come first served basis. We highly recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible so that we might accommodate your needs. Please call us at (303)444-5445 or (800)414-2577 or email info@alpsinn.com.

We request a credit card number to reserve your appointment however treatment(s) may be paid for by credit card or cash.

Please advise us if you are or suspect that you are pregnant.

Spa and Massage Cancellation Policies:

Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling a single treatment and 48 hours for spa packages.

Cancellations failing to give adequate notice will be charged in full for all time and treatments reserved.

Appointments made and cancelled the same day will be charged the full price for the reserved time and treatments.
